Not a lot other however highly recommend doing this for a year or so, get experience then work for one of the competitors like Citation or Avensure where they value you as an employee. Both Citation and Avensure are filled with ex Peninsula employees and they continue to thrive off ex Peninsulas employees which in turn, is a success for them.
Cons
The year long recruitment freeze to maximise profits, has been a massive issue and has lead to a mass exit, which has had a massive effect on everyone. No reason, no need. Peninsula please don’t respond like this is new, you know it’s not.
