      Lots of friends, camaraderie but not a lotcelse..

      Cons

      Bad money and lots of responewewsibilities. How that hotel survived, being the flagship but ran by dopeheads, is a mystery. Just a few of us doing the work, higher management patying full time.

      The satisfaction of the job heavily depends on which hotel you work in and the quality of management, some are amazing and others are just awful. Constantly making people redundant also.

      Was good to work for lots of opportunities to progress. Lots of rewards regularly

      Cons

      Hardly any rewards. Big bosses cutting all ops managers now so one manager will look after2-3 hotels. Which I think won’t work after a year as things will go down dramatically within the company
