In the meantime, we would like to respond to some of the key areas you highlighted: Closed Culture At Priory, we have several established colleague voice channels that enable individuals to raise concerns, many of which offer the option to do so anonymously. We would be keen to understand whether you accessed any of these channels during your time with us, and what the outcome was. This information will help us assess how effectively these systems are working and where improvements may be needed. Colleague Wellbeing We are committed to fostering a workplace environment that supports colleague health and wellbeing, both within and outside of Priory. Examples of this include offering flexible working arrangements and ensuring dedicated break times. While we acknowledge that operational needs may occasionally limit flexibility, break times should always be honoured. Additionally, we have a network of trained Mental Health First Aiders in place to support colleagues experiencing mental health challenges. The Your Say Forum also provides a platform for colleagues to put forward suggestions on improving wellbeing and any other topics they feel are important. Training We would welcome more specific details regarding your feedback on training so we can better understand your experience and offer a more tailored and meaningful response.
