senior management short-sighted, zero transparency in course of strategy, sudden redundancies caused by sudden change of strategy (fear among sales people who could be hit next), SM treat all markets in the same way resulting in frustrated sales people, target distribution unfair for new starters, pretty much everyone outside sales is not recognized, aggressive targets lead to uncontrolled sales causing relationships to customers being destroyed, old tech equipment (or those which are new are poor quality), little back office support to pick up the sales (investing in sales people but neglect back office resources), little career progression (if you don't stay in sales there is little you can go to)

Sales might be ok if they don’t think too much what snake oil they sell. Technical departments are a joke. A lot of really good professionals managed by incompetent people and projects run by really uninformed ego-driven businessmen. Claim to build a modern web based software, but not fit to it at all. Hard to push anything through. Would say that project-wise and process-wise they’re stuck in early 2000’s. Ruined projects mean finding scapegoats in tech teams. Except some small perks, bonus system and pay raise are a joke.
