Pros

My 19th anniversary with Reed felt like a good day to write a review. I have seen the company go through so many positive changes in my tenure and it continues to invest in its people. On a personal note, I have felt so supported by management, and professionally I have had the opportunity to grow and develop in a variety of roles from starting out in admin to my current role. It's a cliche but the people do really make the company, and I have had the chance to work alongside some of the absolute best!

Cons

None. Feedback is regularly taken by the company and acknowledged and adjusted where it can be.

Pros

Great team culture with genuinely supportive colleagues. Strong training and development opportunities, and a collaborative environment where people are willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

There are quite a lot of systems and processes to get used to, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but it’s more a case of adjusting rather than a major downside.

Thank you for leaving a review - Great to read that you are enjoying your career with us. We would agree, we have a lot of evolving tech to support recruiters in their role and to ensure that you can be at the top of your game. It can feel a bit daunting, but please do utilise our LMS self-learning library and the L&D team put on heaps of courses to support all of co-members. Always ask for help if you need it. I hope you continue to enjoy a long career with us.
