Pros

Excellent values, they really care about their clients and it shows. It's a very supportive community, I never feel alone as I have so many experienced people I can call who will drop everything to help me.

Cons

Working for a franchise takes a bit of getting used to after working for independents, but the pros far far outweigh any cons. I am the happiest I have ever been in a job.

Management is appalling, has personal problems and takes them out on staff in the office. Team unhappy, creating a negative environment. I wasnt here long but it didnt take long to recognise the toxic working environment. Avoid even if you are desperate for work

Head Office are a bit of a mess and keep moving me around so never know whats happening till the day before, sometimes the day of.
