      The broader individual contributors, unfortunately wasting their careers

      Cons

      • Institutionalized lack of cross-company collaboration driving siloed operation • Systemic lack of accountability across all levels of the company • Disrespectful communication tone from the ELT (lies & false promises) • Frequent delays in payroll payment • Shaddy business practices • Everlasting underperforming sales performance • Very high turnover including top sales individual contributors • Lousy product innovation track record and leadership • Lack of a partner friendly commercial practices • Inexistent IT tools strategy or standards

      Pros

      Pay rates and bonus are good. The marketing and sales teams are doing well.

      Cons

      The backend cannot keep up with the front end. Not a nice place to work. Nothing works. Processes are none existent. Bad reputation with the customers. Everybody is permanently stressed.
