Pros

I had the pleasure of working at this company for several years as a Senior Manager, and it was genuinely one of the best professional experiences I’ve had. It’s a family-run business with a strong sense of integrity and care for its people. The leadership team truly listens to feedback and encourages continuous development, both professionally and personally. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and progression if you’re motivated. Salaries are competitive and reflect the hard work you put in

Cons

Honestly, not many. As with any growing business, things can be fast-paced and change quickly, which may not suit everyone.

Pros

Literally none. It’s an awful environment.

Cons

The owners think they own their staff, literally. The MD openly reprimands staff for no reason at all believing in gossip without discussion. Directors look down on everyone. They think they’re above Employment Law, and at any one time have multiple tribunals and appeals from the disturbing number of staff they’ve sacked on the spot for no reason. It’s a running joke - the ever revolving door at Saxton. I don’t know how HR sleep at night facilitating the terrible treatment of staff. The Legal dept spend their entire day dealing with complaints from customers and ex employees so kept very busy. They praise Muslim staff for bowing to the pressure of not taking time off for Ede… and speak badly of those who do take it off - their religion! Treat your employees well and they’ll do well for you. You are not above anyone and you should be ashamed of the way you continue to treat people. Money doesn’t buy class or decency. An awful family company to work for.

Pros

Apply on Monday — you’re hired by noon, They’ll take just about anyone soon. No questions or tests, No need for your best — They’re desperate to fill every room. The phones ring and never quite stop, Customers crowd to the shop. Busy, no doubt, But don’t ask about Training — you’ll learn on the hop!

Cons

They promise you riches and cheer, But the truth’s pretty far from sincere. No parking, no plan, Just a rotating van Of staff who don’t last half a year. No training, no structure, no clue, Just targets no mortal can do. You’ll work night and day, For minimal pay — Then they will hire someone new.
