      Pros

      Develop their staff- lots of courses both internal and external are available, including apprenticeships. Great Company benefits. Support from colleagues.

      Cons

      Long service recognition could be better. 4 weeks sick leave a year.

      Pros

      The people can be kind and the kitchen staff at the burton office provide good meals and are friendly

      Cons

      Really good company back in 2024-2025 after this period with a shake up in management theres been mass lay offs and HR are not your friend as a reminder to everyone they are only here to protect the company not you. Also no growth really
