      1. work life balance 2. decent quality work 3. good and approchable management and HR 4. talented co-workers 5. no politics a 6. flat organisation structure and no hierarchy 7. supportive learning environment and company supported certifications 8. Easy to move to other teams/clients if you feel like it.

      Cons

      1. it depends on the client environment hence sometimes you might feel times are not good. 2. you might feel pay is on lower side if you are coming from higher paying domains. 3. tech stack may not current , again depends on the client.
