      CEO Ryan was friendly Good location Decent hours Lots of restaurants around

      Cons

      Everyone over development were extremely rude and demeaning. The Leaders of the company were not personable and treated the developers poorly.

      One of the Best Company

      Pros

      Simplus so far is the best example of a work-life balance & employee first culture. The company has a friendly environment, work-from-home benefits (very ideal for working moms who'd like to spend more time with their child/children), flexible working hours, considerate management and provides perks such as free food.

      Cons

      It would be best to have our own Simplus office rather than co-working space for other activities and future growth.
