      Pros

      They are a great company to work for and they seem to be getting better at recognising the quiter people, though that is massively dependent on managers. I've never been anywhere that does mental health like Softcat.

      Cons

      As with all organisations there are toxic individuals, these are few and far between, but they are still here and it looks like they are here to stay. It's a company that has people lining SLT and ELT roles, where you question are they really capable for that role or are they just nice people.
