Pay is extremely low for the industry You will receive no backing from the business, they do not take your side No career growth opportunities Frequent issues with pay, they are in no rush to resolve them (google 'sparta global court cases for a few fun reads' People are constantly placed in roles they did not apply for (software engineers being placed as QA, devops being paced as BA etc) If the company takes a disliking to you, demand changes, or the wind blows a certain direction, they will lay off entire cohorts without warning. You are, and will never be more than, a number/source of income to the business.

Low pay compared to industry average Training was intense and set unrealistic expectations, we started with around 16 people in my cohort, by the end of the 8 weeks training period we had 4 people left who actually passed the training (the rest were removed from the company), we had to pass weekly tests with huge amounts of information being thrown at us (we were doing node trees in week 2) and it was incredibly stressful knowing that our jobs in the company weren't safe. For our final gate we were required to give a group presentation that we had 2 days to prepare for (our trainer actually said to rest on the weekend as it will be fine), turns out that was not the case and we all got absolutely crucified for how awful our presentations were and were given another week. Some disorganisation and bad communication.
