Pros

1. It's a job 2. I get paid 3. Internet access for lunchtime on-line purchases

1. The most unprofessional company I've ever worked for. 2. A large proportion the the employees can't write properly, let alone spell or string a grammatically correct sentence together, and that includes 'high-up' pen pushing jobsworths. 3. The more you do they more they expect for no more pay than you got last year.....and the year before...........etc 4. The whole place is full of big headed, overpaid egos. 5. It's a dishonest company who see their customers as nothing more than pound signs who they can fleece. 6. No good deals on used cars for staff unless you happen to be related (or friends) with certain people. 7. I would NEVER buy a car from Stoneacre and I work there. I wouldn't trust them not to rob me. I don't even have my car serviced there. 8. Far too many 'bosses' who do nothing constructive, have no idea how to actually do the job but dictate by emails which you get 14 copies of as they are passed down through a pointless and unnecessary chain of command. Too many people being keyboard warriors and email forwarders, and not enough actual workers. 9. Stressful dealing with idiots on a day to day basis. 10. They expect loyalty but give none.

Pros

- Very easy job making outbound calls to customers following a script - Okay place to work for short period - Good modern building at head office with good facilities - Made good friends

Cons

- Senior member of staff got demoted with reduced pay after falling pregnant - Long term employee crying because she had been payed alot less than due to admin fines - A woman was sacked for rushing home due to a family emergency -Compulsory overtime working 55 hours a week -It's very common to come into work and be told to go straight home as they no longer require you. -Unprofessional emails sent around from management

Pros

Great people, Great people. Great people

Cons

Upper Management are old fashioned car salesman. No forward thinking and all they are interested in their pockets. I think the term dinosaurs fits. Get with the times. The more you do the more they want. All you get is nice one so let's do the same again this month. Take money off of you when they feel like it because people don't think your worth paying for hitting thirty something cars sold. Just a waste of my time trying to please them. Hence the title soul destroying. Could go on but too mentally scared.
