Pros

My team is genuinely lovely, and even though we all work remotely, we stay connected throughout the day. There’s always someone available to support you or answer questions, which makes a real difference when working from home. The benefits Stonewater offers are some of the best I’ve seen. They also provide an induction day where new starters can meet face to face, and it’s a really well designed two day programme. It gives everyone the chance to interact, get to know each other, and learn about different parts of the business in a really engaging way.

Cons
