bully manager who has no regard for mental health, company dont care about burn out, we arent listened to about the national model not working,

lots of variation of things to do independent working own office

repairs not getting completed too much work put on scheme managers customers frustrated with stonewater can take it out on us no flexible working as you have to be on site Pay is not high enough for the workload senior management can be quite rude in responses
