While all comments are important to us, I am particularly concerned to learn that you have experienced sexism. This behaviour is entirely unacceptable and does not reflect our values or the culture we strive to uphold at System C.

10moThank you for your feedback and it’s always good to hear positive feedback about our people. It’s a consistent theme.
Our pay review cycle completes in July and is normally effective from August payroll where pay rises have been awarded to those eligible with a special focus on colleagues who were identified as below the market median.
It appears that this review was left before this year’s pay cycle had completed.
