Pros

Hours are regular. That's about it.

Cons

You will experience some of the worst micro managing I have ever seen for some of the worst pay as a salesman I've ever gotten. You will scam (and I do mean scam) people every. single. day. and for what? Arch supports that work but are hiked up to a $2000 package for something no one person in America should be paying a maximum of $200 for. Also, the supports themselves cost $35 to make and you're selling them for $450. You wanna scam people that badly? Oh right, almost forgot. You will never be promoted or paid what you're worth. They specifically hired new managers at every store and didn't promote ANYONE from within the stores they had. In fact, we were given a raise! A 2% raise after inflation jumped 12% in one year.

Pros

close at 6, commission based income

Cons

Having your conversations with customers and coworkers recorded. Yes RECORDED (audio & video) Huge invasion of privacy. They have a team of employees that are listening to everyone and everything. Also recording outside of the store so unless you want your personal business to be out there then you must go to your car to have privacy. No lunch breaks away from work. Must eat or go on break at work. It’s mandatory to work weekends and on 4th of July and Easter. Customers are frequently disappointed with prices and the no refund policy. What they tell you that you can make is almost always a lie, that’s how they get you in. Very high turnover rate. Not a respectable Franchise.( Arnold Pereira’s) “Good Feet Midwest”
