      Pros

      If you are in the court of the management all the pros you can dream. be careful though. It's a club very difficult to enter. If you are out no pros at all.

      Cons

      It's weird that a person that when is requested to explain why the best projects of an assigned territory are owned by one of his friends is always very busy is always very busy. Nevertheless he finds the time to write fake reviews (that are helpful for nobody) and send SMS to my colleague who sleeps with him.

      Pay above the norm for Milton Keynes location good state of the art office

      Cons

      Poor mid market Management, poor leadership, racist sexiest, homophobic and intimidation rife throughout the business that goes unpunished. Good people leaving in droves unless your in the club

      Pros

      Free snacks and fizzy drinks. At least couple of leaving drinks a month. Convenient to smoke in front of the building. Private rooms for telephone interviews.

      Cons

      Useless management run by a cowboy MD and his close associates. Managers with no skills or training demotivate You. Micro-managed unless they like you. Customers suffer because skilled employees have left and leaving.
