      Great product, great people at ground level, pays well

      Cons

      No loyalty from VC owners, Toxic culture, good people leaving on droves, cash grab focussed, Upper management only give "lip Service" to core values. Production capability has fallen apart, both in ability to deliver on time and quality. Overll on a downward spiral
