none zero nil zilch no positive words to describe this Company , An absolute disgrace to the Motor vehicle industry.

Cons

To many to mention just STAY AWAY , it's a Company that is do as I say not as I do. They hold no value for there staff at all. Request an exit meeting with HR and you hear nothing.

This is the most duplicitous company I have ever worked for. Their so called values are purely for PR and when it comes time for them to demonstrate they ‘live and breathe’ them, they are nowhere to be seen. A very toxic work culture that is routed all the way through senior management. If you’re not one of the boys you’ll stick out like a rusty nail. What they say and what they do are poles apart. Work 60-70 hours a week for them and they’ll ask for 80
