Decent salary... lots of lovely can-do staff + great brands.
Cons
- Terrible leadership with lack of transparency - A restructure every few months with false glimmers of promotions and job opportunities only to work anyone below an AD to the ground before they leave and replace someone else - Cliquey groups fostered on two-faced power dynamics and putting down other colleagues whilst smiling to their faces #WellaFamily - Lack of regard for wellbeing despite the glowing HR policies in place (if you're sick or have unforeseen circumstances, prepare to have your managers make you feel like your personal health should be deprioritised in favour of a number TARGET!) - AVOID if you're looking to grow in the firm.
