Pros

Lots of hours available to work

Cons

Treat workers as they have no lives outside of work. Rude management who expect far too much. I worked doing the magnet kitchens which also are made from cheap material which is always damaged on transit. I wasnt offered any more shifts due to me being rude over the phone to magnet manager. Reason for this was expected to carry over 1.5 tons of premade kitchen units and appliances in a house that wasnt safe to walk in as no adequate flooring to walk on. Was called a lazy by the owner so i left because it was a friday after working all week 6am till after 6pm everyday sometimes later if we got back later. I went from 98kg in weight to 78kg in less than 2 months. Thats how physical it was because often i was put with old/out of shape drivers so had to do most of the work myself. The management at that company will happily through their workers under the bus is benefits them. Also saw how a lot of racism to the Turkish driver that i worked with and preferential treatment to the white english drivers.

Pros

A lot of growth. Room to make improvements and set your mark

Cons

Lower than market value pay. (Should have got paid double considering the amount of effort and overtime I put in, treating it as my own business - a fool I was!) Staff turnover is insanely high Toxic environment - blame culture to why things are not done properly. Poorly trained staff. Reporting figures are fabricated to save time and effort HR staff are the worst (everyones keeps quiet as soon as they work into the room, for their own safety) Much better competitive jobs on the market with much less stress
