      Good balance between personal and professional life

      Pros

      I am proud to be part of Zensar Technologies that dealt with the pandemic so well. With the work from anywhere and Covid leave policies that continue to be implemented, I saw many of my colleagues got benefited. I also got my vaccination through the drive organized by Zensar. Zensar management has always done a great job in implementing growth strategies while ensuring employees can develop their careers. The company continues to invest in upskilling employees and bringing innovative projects. Zensar’s work-life balance and employee-friendly policies continue to be excellent. Zensar also does a pretty good job in selecting talents and training them to be corporate-ready.

      Cons

      Zensar is my first company and I joined as an intern. Now I am with Zensar for 8 long years and still haven’t found any cons.
