Cons

Leadership enabling and empowering management’s bad behaviour. Team overworked and burnt out, very high turnover. Complete disregard for employees’ mental health. HR uninterested in employees’ wellbeing (despite concerns being flagged repeatedly by multiple parties). No room for growth. Horrible work-life balance.

Smugness, when everybody else lost their jobs

Great training; Good team that shows support and solidarity against dictators.

Cons

Bad Management that insisted that their own unconventional ways were the best way to complete a task; Holidays granted after a long hard fought battle. Expecting the impossible with huge workloads and unreasonable timeframes. Expecting dangerous tasks to be completed, when it was way outside a person's skillset, that should have been completed by fully competent contractors, such as plumbing and electrical tasks.
