How do we make the time to learn a new skill while on the job? In our remote first organisation, we took the challenge to encourage our Cactizens to upskill. We gamified our learning modules on LinkedIn Learning and rolled out the Bingo Challenge. Our campaign #MakeSpaceForLearning, drove participation and we saw a whopping 893 courses completed in 2 months!
