As we head into February, we can’t quite believe a whole month of 2026 has passed us by already! From sustainability challenges and service anniversaries to furry visitors, music milestones and a fantastic CQC result, it’s been a busy and heart-warming start to 2026. 💖 Blakeney House shared the love early with a hearts-filled arts & crafts session, spreading plenty of Valentine’s cheer. 🎶 Russell at King Edwards Grove went retro, treating himself to a record player and spinning John Denver as his first vinyl choice - a hit already! 🛒 Steadman at 46 The Grove has been enjoying helping with the weekly food shop, proudly taking on the fruit & veg aisles. Turkey hats, award-winning performances, and plenty of 'elfies' being snapped 📸 it's been all things festive in our Central Support Office today!🎄 🏆 Kicking off the day with our annual quiz on all things Christmas, this year our colleagues must have been studying as Kirsty from Recruitment came in 1st Place with 23 out of 30 (last years record was only 18 out of 30🤣) 🏆 Swooping in to be crowned Best Desk Winners, the Recruitment teams award-winning performance of a Christmas Carol earned them top-spot ✨ Michele from Estates followed closely behind bumper-to-bumper, with her Gingerbread Car & Garage taking a drive down to Consensus Street 🤩 🏆And for best dressed... we simply lost count of how many winners were crowned, our Central Support team are a well-dressed competitive bunch! On the first day of Christmas, Consensus gave to me … It's almost time for one of our favourite holiday traditions, the 12 Days of Christmas Countdown. Every day, our Consensus Christmas elves will be randomly selecting colleagues from across the country to win amazing presents to put under their tree (or keep for themselves) - a sprinkle of festive magic to say thank you for everything they do. As always, a huge thank you to our suppliers and partners who helped the campaign come to life and do their bit to give back to the amazing support workers and colleagues who dedicate themselves to supporting the people who need them.
Christmas is in full swing across Consensus!🎄Trees are going up, decorations are shining bright, and our homes and services are getting into the festive spirit. In our Central Support Office the tree is almost as tall as the ceiling, and at Haydock House, Managing Director Katy & Manager Gift have been sporting some festive attire. We can't wait to share all the festive fun throughout December ✨
