🏅 Wales Sports Day is back – for the second year running! 🏅 Last summer, we saw the very first Wales Sports Day bring together services from across Wales and the West for a celebration of fun, inclusion, and competitive spirit of course. It was such a success, there was only one thing to do… bring it back, bigger and better! This year didn’t disappoint – with wheelchair-friendly egg & spoon races, beanbag balancing, basketball, javelin throwing, the hilarious “Grand National” pool noodle challenge, and even a three-legged race for our brave managers and support workers. And let’s not forget David, our proud Health & Safety officer for the day, sporting his hard hat and hi-vis as he oversaw the action and kept everyone smiling (and safe!). Get Moving For May! 🧡 May is Prader Willi Syndrome Awareness Month, and our friends at the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association UK and the Foundation for Prader Willi Research UK are encouraging everyone to get active! 🎵 Another of our amazing services has joined the Move It For May campaign, committing to weekly exercise sessions. They've even recruited a person we support and a colleague to be fitness champions! 💪 Find out more about this fantastic campaign and how you can get involved below.
