This #WorldMenopauseDay, we’re showing our ongoing support to all colleagues who are going through menopause at work. 3 out of 4 women experience menopause symptoms and we believe everyone needs to feel able to talk about it. We were the first energy company in the UK to become menopause friendly and have developed supportive guides for our managers and colleagues so that everyone feels comfortable and encouraged to speak openly about their experiences #inclusiveculture #eonlife
