Our commitment to protecting your anonymity has not changed—it is what Glassdoor is built on, and it’s what makes candid workplace conversations possible. Reviews are and will always be anonymous. In the new Glassdoor community, we’re all about creating a safe space for real talk. Users can have anonymous conversations about their careers with their industry peers. Verifying identity helps keep communities safe, helps keep the trolls away, and helps make sure people are who they say they are, when they’re contributing to the community—and yes, still anonymously.
