600+ homes. £3.5m fit out. One step closer to transforming north Manchester. We’re proud to have played a key role in Victoria Riverside, a major residential development in Manchester’s Red Bank neighbourhood. Working alongside the main contractor, Hollis project managed the £3.5m delivery of high-spec amenity spaces, from arrival and concierge to gym, lounge and private dining. The scheme delivered over 600 homes and supports Manchester’s ambition to bring forward 15,000 new homes as part of its wider regeneration plans. It's #ClimateActionWeek and we are delighted to announce that the Head of our ESG and Sustainability service, Deepika Singhal, has been shortlisted for the Women in Green Business Awards for the category of Buildings Professional of the Year. Deepika specialises in building physics, climate analysis, whole life carbon assessments and building certifications. Her work passion is to provide commercially focused yet innovative sustainable design solutions to deliver low-energy, net zero-carbon, climate resilient and occupant-focussed buildings. A great morning at our internal RICS event this morning at our London office. We were delighted to welcome RICS President, Nicholas Maclean, OBE RD FRICS IRRV (Hons), who shared valuable insights on the role of RICS today, alongside some of the key challenges and opportunities facing the profession - from membership to internationalisation. It sparked some thoughtful discussion during the Q&A, followed by the chance to continue conversations more informally with colleagues. Moments like these are a great reminder of the value of coming together as a profession to learn, challenge ideas and look ahead.

Based in our London office, with more than 18 years’ experience supporting complex construction and property disputes, Nadha brings with her deep technical and commercial expertise for clients and legal teams. Charity Walks for Brain Tumour Awareness Month 🧠 Throughout March, hashtag#TeamHollis got their steps in for a great cause! Our offices hosted fundraiser walks across the UK, to raise money for our Charity of the Year, The Brain Tumour Charity. From lunchtime strolls to long walks, it's been brilliant to see our people come together to raise vital funds and awareness for a charity that means so much to us.
