A Friday shout out to our fabulous Contact Centre team for bringing home three awards at the recent Northern Contact Centre Forum Awards! π Louise Dean scooped Team Leader of the year π Our passionate 'Better Together Squad', scooped Best People Engagement of the year π And for the finale, Best Transformation Programme went to the chatbot integration into our Multichannel Team. Earlier this week, we trialled a new way to onboard at Loyalty with Inspiring Induction π We spent the morning sharing the who, what, why of IAG Loyalty, making new connections, asking questions and sharing top tips for boosting that Avios balance! All to make sure our newbies are set up for success as they start a new adventure with us. π Our Head of Pricing, Glenn, kicked off the session sharing an overview what we do and how we do it, making time for questions along the way. π Our Learning and Development Manager, Laura, then shared more about what makes us tick, with our values, culture, and a closer look at those travel perks, too. π All rounded off by lunch with the team. A great way to put faces to names and build connections; so important in those early days of a new job! The finalists for the 2024 International Loyalty Awards have just been announced and we're thrilled to share that we've been nominated as finalists for both awards we entered into this year! The categories we'll be keeping a close eye on come April are... Best Loyalty Program Marketing Campaign including Best Use of Communications: IAG Loyalty and American Express for the 'Thereβs a Little Holiday in the Things you Buy' campaign. Yesterday, our Reward Platform Team took to Amsterdam for the 1st IAG Loyalty x Reaktor hackathon! ππ Competition was fierce (and that was just in the Christmas jumper department) when over 50 brilliant ideas were whittled down to 10. The goal? To come up with new ideas and experiences for the reward platforms of our British Airways Exec Club and Aer Lingus Aer Club members πͺ So much talent and passion in one room, reimagining what's possible for our customers... we LOVE to see it! Big thanks to the organisers, judges, hackers and Reaktor for putting on such a fun event to end the year on! #LifeAtLoyalty
Last week, our brilliant UX researcher, Bonnie Silver and a team of expert POs and Designers hosted their first-ever Insights at Night event π The event welcome British Airways Exec Club members to our HQ, providing them with an opportunity to meet the team and share feedback on our products and services. We heard there was plenty of insightful discussion and judging from the pics on the night, a great set up too! Safe to say the living plant wall has well and truly earned it's title as 'ultimate selfie spot' as our teams got settled into their brand-new workplace last week. Here's what's been going on on the 5th floor, 123 Buckingham Palace Road: π Day One Experience tours led by our awesome colleagues from across the business, making sure everyone has all the information they need and are set up for a smooth move... not forgetting pointing out where to find the communal WeWork beer tap or gelato truck last Wednesday! Yum! π Checking in, gathering feedback and questions so we can keep building on this space we're creating. π₯A 4pm toast to our new home and a chance to reflect on the day, connect with each other and ask questions such as 'how do I post this amazing selfie on LinkedIn?' plus taste some of The Wine Flyer's latest offerings. We're truly proud of the space we've created, together. A place for our loyalty pioneers to collaborate, connect and create amazing experiences for our 40m+ customers.
