A million young people in the UK are not in employment, education or training. Kier is proud to support efforts such as the Government’s new Youth Guarantee to do something about this. We have a strong track record of creating opportunities through apprenticeships, training, work experience and mentoring, and our Kierriculum schools’ engagement programme continues to inspire the next generation. Alongside this, partnerships with organisations like Youth Futures Foundation and Action for Children are helping us take practical steps to give young people hope and pathways into meaningful careers. Every young person deserves the chance to flourish. The Youth Guarantee strengthens this mission, and we’re committed to playing our part in reducing long-term youth unemployment and building a better future.
