At Ocado Retail, we understand the importance of taking time out for your health and wellbeing, that's why we offer colleagues regular online yoga classes from our very own yogi Natalie Godding (Learning & Development Business Partner). Natalie has been practicing yoga for 23 years, and this is what she has to say: "I started teaching 9 years ago and I love sharing my experience with colleagues to help them relax and unwind between meetings and busy schedules. Yoga has a huge amount of benefits, it lowers blood pressure and reduces stress, helps both circulatory systems (the lymphatic and blood flow) and helps connect the mind and body. It's also great for overall fitness, flexibility and builds core strength - supporting the spine and joints.
