💡 An exciting day at Spring I/O where our brilliant speakers Jacek Kaczmarek and Fabio Pezzoni shared their first-hand experiences and best practices on how to effectively build modular libraries in #SpringBoot for large teams. Our experts covered everything from managing dependencies and design practises to communication strategies for seamless collaboration across teams.
As a Team Lead, Christopher Mitov does so much more than simply supporting his team. 🎓 He’s a passionate advocate for emerging talent, with a mentorship role at our Ocado Technology Sofia Bootcamp. 💡 He helps with interviews for new hires and helps with promotion processes. 📢 His enthusiasm for tech and getting to know people within the community shines through at our local conferences. His top career tip: “Stay true to your values and do everything with passion.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
