Ask Jennie what she does, and she won’t start with a title. She’ll start with what it looks like when plans leave the page and show up in a store. “I make sure the last mile happens – from the case to the shelf.” After more than 22 years at PepsiCo, Jennie now leads more than 200 people across our UK field teams. For her, the “last mile” is where strategy becomes visible – from product availability and in-store displays to moments tied to global brand partnerships. And when it comes to what really makes the difference, Jennie's answer is clear: the people. “I’ve always been led on the people first – and the results follow.” That people-first lens is what’s shaped how Jennie leads, and how her career has grown over time.

We've launched 'She Is PepsiCo', a new campaign celebrating women in supply chain and operations roles at our UK sites, aiming to inspire more women to pursue frontline roles. As part of this campaign, portraits of three of our female employees will replace the current design on three trucks used across our distribution network. This will showcase the women’s major roles in bringing much-loved snacks, like Walkers Sensations, Snack A Jacks and Sunbites, to the nation.

The transport of 240,000 tonnes potatoes each year from British farmers to our Leicester site is now entirely powered by used cooking oil, in partnership with AB Texel UK.
