Last week we were thrilled to welcome over 250 first-year undergraduates who completed one of our early careers diversity programmes - Women in Business, Black Talent in Business and Advancing Social Mobility. Over an inspiring three-day paid programme, students gained valuable insights into what a career at PwC could look like. Through interactive sessions, they connected with mentors representing the diverse opportunities available across the firm and learned from PwC employees about their unique career journeys. The programmes also helped them to develop the confidence to thrive in a business setting and embrace the importance of bringing their whole selves to the workplace. Huge congratulations to all of the students who joined us and made every effort to immerse themselves into the experience. Interested in early career opportunities at PwC?
