We were delighted to welcome Bill Esterson MP, Shadow Industry Minister for Labour, to two of our sites on Friday. Mr Esterson was given a tour of the National Maritime Systems Centre, and our world-class marine test and evaluation facilities at Haslar, including the unique Ship Tank and Ocean Basin, which are vital to the UK’s submarine fleet. Meeting with experts at both sites, he discussed issues around research and innovation, the vital role QinetiQ plays within UK national security and defence, local training opportunities and our investment in people, productivity and places. #Haslar #UKdefence #maritime #submarine #marine
