London Designer Outlet has recorded the best January performance on record with sales totalling over £6.5m Sales were up 27.6% on 2022 and 14.6% on pre-pandemic (2019). The average transaction value (ATV) was up 17.8% in January versus pre-pandemic levels. Morgan to deliver two new Build-to-Rent residential buildings at Wembley Park 28 Sep 2022 The £277m deal is Quintain’s largest development loan to date, delivering 769 new homes. 74% of the homes delivered will be build-to-rent, the balance including shared ownership, affordable rent and discount market rent homes, with both residential buildings expected be completed by early 2025. Long term partners Quintain and John Sisk & Son have also signed the largest construction contract to date at Wembley Park of £227m for the residential development and the completion of a new 7-acre park.

The completion of the two buildings, covering 9,593m in total, is expected in early 2025, with 74% of the homes to be Build to Rent alongside over 100 affordable homes of mixed tenure. This landmark contract signing is testament to Quintain’s success at Wembley Park over the past 20 years and continued momentum at the 85-acre site.

Quintain launches Samovar Space at Wembley Park 31 Oct 2022 The purpose-built space, located at the foot of the new Olympic Steps, was designed for and by young people, created by apprentices as part of the London School of Economics (LSE) Apprenticeship in City Design. The space was delivered in partnership with architects Flanagan Lawrence and includes art by Lois O’Hara, as well as places for young people to hang out, create and communicate. Samovar Space was launched as part of a drop-in community event on Saturday, 22 October, attended by local residents, LSE apprentices and programme lead at LSE, Dr Julia King.
