Speaking on LinkedIN, Claire said, "This day 18 years ago, I was a fresh faced recruiter starting my new job at REED's Wolverhampton office. Over the years I have had the opportunity to grow and develop, taking on my first management job in 2009, before moving to a regional role in 2012. Congratulations to Rachel Oldfield who celebrates 10 years at REED this week! Posting on LinkedIN, Rachel said: "10 years ago to the day I remember turning up for my first day, not only at Reed but within the recruitment world. I joined as a temporary administrator and after a short period, became a permanent employee. This led to me becoming a trainee recruitment consultant alongside Reed's fantastic learning and development programme, before establishing myself as a successful consultant. "Throughout my journey, I have worked with different divisions and worked hard to now being a Senior Business Manager for Accountancy, Finance and Practice. I have had the privilege of working with some amazing colleagues, managers, candidates and clients as well as managing great teams. There's also been the added bonus of meeting my husband, whom we now share our beautiful daughter together. "Working for Reed isn't just a job... its being part of a family and I couldn't be prouder."
