Driving Sustainable Change 🌍 We’re proud to reflect on our partnership with Computer Recyclers UK Ltd, supporting Sinclair Group in responsibly recycling and refurbishing unused IT equipment. Across three collections in 2025/26, we have: 🔸 Prevented over 7.5 tonnes of IT equipment from reaching landfill 🔸 Recycled 4.5 tonnes, with valuable metals recovered by The Royal Mint 🔸 Refurbished and donated 3 tonnes to charities and schools, helping tackle digital poverty 🔸 Ensured secure data destruction across all devices This initiative has saved over 147,600 kg of carbon emissions — equivalent to nearly 565,000 miles driven by diesel vehicles 🚗 Here’s a snapshot from our latest equipment collection at Sinclair Mercedes-Benz of Bridgend. 🌱 Learn more about our sustainability journey: https://www.sinclairgroup.co.uk/careers/our-planet/ We’re committed to making a positive impact — for our communities and our planet. *Carbon savings are based on refurbishing devices and reusing components, reducing the need for new manufacturing.

One year on. One team. We’re proud to celebrate one year since Sinclair Jaguar Land Rover Cardiff and Sinclair Jaguar Land Rover Newport became part of the Sinclair Group family. 💚 Supporting Our People – Inside and Outside of Work At Sinclair Group, we recognise that life doesn’t stop at the workplace—and supporting our colleagues through difficult times is an important part of who we are. Recently, we delivered a series of Understanding and Managing Grief and Bereavement workshops across Swansea, Cardiff and online. These sessions went down really well, with fantastic feedback from colleagues who found them helpful, reassuring and meaningful. Delivered in small, supportive groups, the workshops created a safe space for employees experiencing loss, as well as those wanting to better support family, friends or colleagues. We’re proud to continue building a workplace culture that prioritises wellbeing, compassion and understanding—and we’ll be running more sessions in the future.
🎉 Celebrating a Remarkable Career: Nigel Bennett Retires After Nearly 42 Years 🎉 This month, we celebrated the retirement of Nigel Bennett, a true pillar of the Swansea Bodyshop team since July 1984. Back then, Two Tribes was No.1, Ghostbusters was in cinemas, and many of today’s colleagues hadn’t even been born. Nigel quickly became a memorable presence at the Gorseinon site. Often compared to Tom Selleck’s Magnum P.I., he was instantly recognisable in his bright red Audi overalls — and even more recognisable by voice. His Brian Blessed–style boom became part of the Bodyshop’s daily soundtrack. Over four decades, Nigel earned huge respect across the business. On his final day, the team marked the occasion with a bottle of his favourite Penderyn whisky, champagne, and a gift voucher from the Sinclair family — small tokens of thanks for his loyalty and contribution. As he begins retirement, Nigel is looking forward to family time, mountain biking, exploring the Welsh countryside, and maybe even dusting off his surfboard. Thank you, Nigel. You will be missed — enjoy every moment of your well‑earned retirement. 📸 Pictured left to right: Dan Ahern (Bodyshop Manager, Swansea), Nigel Bennett, Adam Lewis (Head of Franchise), Mike Allison (Head of Business)
Teamwork, Community, and a Generous Easter Spirit at Audi Swansea This Easter, the Audi Swansea team come together to support Sketty Foodbank with an Easter Egg collection - a brilliant example of how our colleagues go above and beyond for the community. Edward Jenkins, Head of Business, shared his appreciation: "I would like to thank the whole team for their generosity and Mark Williams and Donna Yeo - pictured - for all their efforts in coordinating this amazing collection. Well done to all the team in Swansea Audi." Moments like this reflect what makes our workplace special: - a team that leads with kindness - colleagues who step up for one another - a shared commitment to giving back We're proud of the Swansea team for making a meaningful difference this Easter and for embodying the values that define our culture.
🌸✨ International Women’s Day 2026 ✨🌸 At Sinclair Group, we're proud to celebrate the women whose talent, leadership and dedication shape our organisation every day. Their contributions strengthen our culture, elevate the experience we deliver to customers and help create a workplace where people feel supported, respected and able to grow. Across our dealerships, service centres and support functions, women play a vital role in driving our business forward. Their professionalism and collaboration influence how we operate, how we innovate and how we continue to evolve as an employer of choice within the automotive industry. While this photo highlights many of the women at our Swansea Volkswagen site, we also recognise the impact of women across the entire Sinclair Group. Their presence and perspective help build an inclusive environment where people can thrive and where diverse voices are valued.

Sinclair Group at Cynffig Comprehensive Career Fair – Inspiring the Next Generation We had an amazing time at Cynffig Comprehensive School’s Career Fair in Kenfig Hill! The event was buzzing from start to finish, with Year 7s leading the way and pupils from Years 8–13 dropping in throughout the day. Our team loved chatting with everyone about what it’s really like to work at Sinclair Group, especially the different routes available through our Apprenticeship Programme — from Technician to Body & Paint to Service Advisor roles. To keep things fun, every employer was encouraged to bring something interactive… so of course we brought a quiz. And yes, the pupils were very motivated once they heard there might be a prize for getting all the answers right. A huge shoutout to the team who joined us on the day: • Hayley & Sarah from our Customer Support Unit • John Flavin, Bodyshop Manager • Dan Jones, Sales Executive They were brilliant with the pupils — answering questions, sharing stories, and bringing our job roles to life. It was a fantastic day full of energy, curiosity, and plenty of laughs. Thanks again to Cynffig Comprehensive for having us. We loved being part of it and can’t wait for the next one.
Celebrating Our Aspiring Managers Development Programme 🎉 Last year, we launched our Aspiring Managers Development Programme with 12 dedicated colleagues who committed their time and energy to strengthening their leadership skills, expanding their understanding of management responsibilities, and preparing for future opportunities within the business. As part of the programme, each participant delivered a business improvement project that created real financial impact for their department. They presented their work to senior leaders and excelled across the board. Every participant has now received a certificate recognising their commitment to personal and professional growth. We’re also proud to share that three participants progressed into management roles during the programme — a fantastic achievement that reflects their ambition, hard work, and readiness to take on new challenges. The programme was designed to build confidence, capability, and a strong pipeline of future leaders, and it’s inspiring to see the positive impact already taking shape. A huge well done to everyone who took part. The photo below features nine of our attendees at a celebration event at the Coed‑Y‑Mwstwr Hotel, where they were presented with their certificates by Jonathan Sinclair. We look forward to seeing what this talented group achieves next.
