We recently ran a free D&I workshop for Capgemini. Recent events have reinstated the importance of businesses taking action on D&I - how to integrate inclusive hiring practices, dismiss unconscious bias and motivate communities. Our D&I has been running these free workshops for our clients to share our learnings around attracting and retaining diverse junior talent and how businesses can replicate this success to improve their own future talent pipelines.

Spartan Rituja Ravikiran Rao has been named the WINNER of Future Star: IT Manager at the Future Stars of Tech Awards 2020! The awards aim to promote female participation and prospective advancement within the tech sector. Joining our business stream in 2018, Rituja gained three professional certifications; BCS Foundation Certification in Business Analysis, ISTQB Software Testing and PRINCE2 Foundation – all in just eight weeks! She has gone on to excel on site with our client partner - involved in reinventing Waterfall and Agile project lifestyles and managing a project to introduce Azure DevOps into the organisation.
