From TUI Holiday Rep to TUI Cabin Crew: Meet Katie and learn about her #TUICareerStory. 🌴✈️ Katie began her journey with TUI in 2005, as a Holiday Rep in Gran Canaria. Fast forward to 2015, Katie had lived and worked in 19 destinations across the globe. Her highlight? The opportunity to work for a year as a holiday advisor in Florida! ☀️ In 2015 Katie took on a new challenge joining our Cabin Crew team, and in 2017 she moved over to Airline full-time. Katie is now a part of the Airline Training team, has had the chance to operate two National Geographic VIP expeditions, and has just completed her second summer as a Cabin Manager. It’s not just goal-setting; it’s a commitment from each of us to drive these objectives forward. The outcomes? Introducing Lisa - our Travel Advisor of the year! Lisa was announced as TUI’s Agent of the Year and Regional Agent of the Year at this year’s Retail Conference awards ceremony. Congratulations, Lisa! 🏅 In January 2022, Lisa embarked on her journey with TUI, transitioning into the travel industry with no prior experience after coming across the job on LinkedIn. Since then, Lisa has not only found her love for travel but has also cultivated a profound passion for assisting our customers in booking their dream holidays. 🌍 When asked about what made her want to work in the travel industry, she responded with “I have always had a passion for travel and had made it my new year’s resolution to see more of the world. At 41 years old, having no experience in the travel industry it was a little nerve wracking to make such a big change in my career but thought 'give it a go' and it was definitely the best decision I have made.” 💙

TUI has always been my safe space and when I returned, it felt like a homecoming 💙 Meet Charleen, Travel Insurance Specialist here at TUI 👋 Charleen joined TUI back in 2015, but left in 2020 to fulfil a passion and become a Travel Designer for Iceland. Though fate had other plans as Charleen boomeranged back to TUI in 2022. Here’s why, from Charleen herself ↩️ “TUI has always been my safe space. My place for growth and learning whilst working with incredible people so I never expected to leave, but fate guided me back home to TUI. TUI has always offered me more than just a fulfilling career. I get a great work life balance and that's incredibly important to me as a mother and a wife. For me, my 5–9 is equally, if not more, important than my 9-5, and I truly feel that TUI understands and supports this aspect of my life. Returning to TUI felt like a homecoming, a reunion with a place that had shaped me and meant so much. My journey is a testament to the unwavering bond between TUI and its 'boomerang' colleagues, and it's an honor to share my story. And who knows, perhaps in the future, my love and passion for Iceland and my journey with TUI will intersect in ways yet to be discovered, opening new doors and resulting in exciting new stories..." We’re excited to announce that Marella Voyager, our newest ship, has recently been awarded not one, not two, but three awards, making waves in the cruise industry! 🌊 At the recent Cruise Ship Interiors Awards we won two awards in the Best Suite and Best Public Space on a Large Ship categories. Our beautiful Santorini Suite picked up the Best Suite award and The Electric Rooms, both onboard Marella Voyager, were awarded the Best Public Space on a Large Ship award. Then at the Cruise Critic’s 2023 Editors’ Picks Awards, Marella Voyager won the award for the Best Ship Refurbishment in the Ocean Category. But that's not all as Marella Voyager also set a new benchmark by achieving a record Net Promoter Score (NPS) for a newly launched ship in her very first season, surpassing our overall NPS target for summer 2023. This speaks volumes about the exceptional experiences our guests are enjoying onboard . 🏅 A huge thank you to our dedicated team for making these achievements possible! 💙
