TUI has always been my safe space and when I returned, it felt like a homecoming 💙 Meet Charleen, Travel Insurance Specialist here at TUI 👋 Charleen joined TUI back in 2015, but left in 2020 to fulfil a passion and become a Travel Designer for Iceland. Though fate had other plans as Charleen boomeranged back to TUI in 2022. Here’s why, from Charleen herself ↩️ “TUI has always been my safe space. My place for growth and learning whilst working with incredible people so I never expected to leave, but fate guided me back home to TUI. TUI has always offered me more than just a fulfilling career. I get a great work life balance and that's incredibly important to me as a mother and a wife. For me, my 5–9 is equally, if not more, important than my 9-5, and I truly feel that TUI understands and supports this aspect of my life. Returning to TUI felt like a homecoming, a reunion with a place that had shaped me and meant so much. My journey is a testament to the unwavering bond between TUI and its 'boomerang' colleagues, and it's an honor to share my story. And who knows, perhaps in the future, my love and passion for Iceland and my journey with TUI will intersect in ways yet to be discovered, opening new doors and resulting in exciting new stories..." 🌞 Office vibes meet summer vibes! 🏖️ Excitement is soaring at TUI as we celebrated the launch of our UK&I Summer 25 Season! 🎉☀️ Our Luton office transformed into a tropical paradise, and the energy was contagious! From beach balls to sun hats, we're diving headfirst into the summer spirit right here. Our colleagues turned up the heat in the coolest way possible with a sizzling Summer-themed photoshoot, an ice cream machine that was working overtime, and the sweet tunes of a live musician!

Celebrating Black History Month – #MakingBlackHistoryAtTUI ✈️ At TUI, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to create extraordinary travel experiences for all. As we commemorate Black History Month, we're excited to share a special highlight that embodies our commitment to diversity also in the skies. 🛫 Together with TUI CAN, our Caribbean and African employee network – and under the motto "Making Black History at TUI" – we took off from London Gatwick to Punta Cana on our very first flight with an all-black and mixed heritage crew. By shining a spotlight on colleagues from black and mixed backgrounds, we want to inspire the next generation of Captains, First Officers and Cabin Crew. Our dedicated crew members worked in harmony to ensure a memorable experience for our passengers. This flight was a testament to the rich diversity that exists within our TUI family, and one example of how we bring people together through the power of travel. 🤝🌏
TUI's International Graduate Programme is back 🎉 Now, bigger, better and bolder than ever, our International Graduate Programme gives graduates the opportunity explore our business through four consecutive assignments spanning 24 months. It offers a mix of real-life work experience in operational, specialist and technical roles, together with structured personal development to kick-start a career with TUI.
