One of the core components of our company culture is the Golden Thread Awards, an annual program that recognizes stand-out corporate employees. This year, we are excited to celebrate 94 exceptional team members from around the world for their hard work and embodiment of Tapestry’s purpose and values. Recently, we took our North America-based celebration to new heights as our Golden Thread winners took a trip to New York City’s ‘Edge,’ the highest outdoor sky deck in the Western Hemisphere. Awards like the Golden Thread help us nurture and celebrate our talent. Congratulations to this year’s winners and thank you for your continued dedication!
This May, we celebrated Asian American Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month in the U.S., a time to reflect on and celebrate the remarkable role of the AANHPI community in American history. Our Asian Heritage Alliance Employee Resource Group (AHA ERG) supported this year’s theme, “Advancing Leaders Through Opportunity” by hosting a variety of events and learning opportunities that spotlight AANHPI heritage, leaders, and change-makers. From a workshop on finding your purpose and values with Betty Ng, CEO of Inspiring Diversity, to a youth book drive, mental health fireside chat, and even a Bollywood Dance class, our AHA ERG created meaningful opportunities for our team members to learn more and connect with the AANHPI culture. A special thank you to our AHA ERG leaders for curating this calendar of events!
