We’re always looking at how we can innovate and evolve our ESG strategy, so we were excited to have our COO and Chief Legal Officer, Paul Caulfield, and HR Business Partner, Srina Chhantbar, attend the Astorg Sustainability Day in Paris. Reflecting on the session, Paul shared that “environmental, societal and good governance actions are coming into much clearer focus today on what’s needed. The need isn’t driven just because of what’s ‘right’ or ethical, but what truly adds value and protects our company, people and clients. These past few days are a promising look at what’s to come and the benefits we will reap from it.”
And they’ve done it! 🚴♂️ 7 punctures, several battles with the rain and 450km later, Team Third Bridge successfully completed their cycle from London to Paris 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 , all in support of a children’s charity that's close to many of the team's heart, Alice's Arc. Using their Third Bridge CSR days, the team completed the journey in just 3 days and raised an impressive £5,000 while doing so! 🤯 A huge congratulations on such an incredible achievement from all of us here at Third Bridge. 🚀 #WeAreThirdBridge

Here’s our Pride month roundup! It’s been a month of education, celebration and reflection for us here at Third Bridge. Throughout the month, our D&I Committee and Pride Employee Resource Group held a series of global panel discussions to educate our employees on the importance of Pride; covering the history of Pride, the meaning behind the letters LGBTQIA+, and how to be an ally of the community. Alongside our global events, each region also held their own celebrations 🎉 ; from a movie screening in our Mumbai office, a Pride party in London, a dinner in the LA office with food from LGBTQIA+ owned restaurants, and a Pride themed painting class in Shanghai, it was fantastic to see so many of us coming together in support of our LGBTQIA+ community. ❤️ Pride month isn’t just for June, and our D&I committee and Pride Employee Resource Group have paved the way for us to continue to celebrate our diversity and build on our understanding of each other. It’s not all work and no play at Third Bridge. Last week both our London and New York offices spent some time in the sun for our annual summer away days. With a beach party at Neverland in London 🏖 and a yacht party in New York ⛵, our teams spent some well-deserved time away from their desks socialising, playing games and celebrating our successes for the year so far!
