with the regional heats of wokstars season 5 coming to a close, it’s time to take a look at our london regional finalists! although the regional heats have finished, we feel like the party is just getting started as the next stop for our finalists, is, well, the final! 🔥 - a huge celebration in the heart of london, held in one of our stunning restaurants, the 15 finalists from across north, south + london regions will all come together. it is here they will test their cooking and presentation skills one last time to be able to shout out to the world that they are a wokstar season 5 champion! that trip to japan is almost close enough to taste! 🍜 - a huge congratulations to the 5 london finalists, and best of luck to all 15 of our finalists across all 3 regions. let’s go!
wokstars season 5 is in full swing! we have our north regional finalists ready to go, now it’s time for a sneak peek at our south regional competition and the finalists moving through to the grand final 🙌 - wokstars is our celebration of the magic that happens within our kitchen teams every single day. it is open for any of our chefs to enter and begins with a first round of restaurant + area heats. following this are our regional heats, where the final 5 from each region are selected after cooking and presenting some of our signature dishes 🍜 - it doesn’t stop here, the winners of the grand final will be whisked away on an all expenses paid trip to tokyo 🛫

our benches tell a thousand stories whether it’s a vulnerable conversation, a little noodler working out how to use chopsticks for their first time or our team coming together to raise a glass at the end of a long week our open benches are designed to bring people from all walks of life together to eat, to laugh, to connect + today was no different this morning every team member from in-restaurant + noodle hq was invited to sit down shoulder-to-shoulder over breakfast ahead of our menu launch day tomorrow. because it's just as much of a big moment for our teams as it is for our guests this is a particularly special one, as our new summer menu launches alongside several changes you will see in our restaurants. changes made in the spirit of our guiding principle kaizen, meaning continual improvement tomorrow we celebrate a new menu alongside our talented team of people responsible for delivering our fresh approach to benches nationwide kaizen hospitality ❤️
