Initial screening with HR representative to get a better understanding of me and my experience. The next interview was to be with the department manager and partner but after 2 weeks of waiting to hear back they informed me they decided to delay recruitment and pull the role from the market

Question 1
tell me about your experience and what youre looking for from this role
Thank you for taking the time to write a review and also participate in the interview process. We appreciate the time you took out of your day to come meet with members of the team. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, this was a position that we have had to take off the market for the time being. Whilst we know how frustrating this is, we hope that you will still consider us again in the future when we are able to get the role back up and live.
We wish you the best of luck in the meantime on your search but should you wish to discuss further with us, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Cooper Parry (Castle Donington, England)
Interview
I was contacted soon after submitting my CV to undertake a telephone interview, I made childcare arrangements to be available and prepared by reading about the organisation and it’s vision / values.
At the agreed time I waited for the call, after 10minutes and not being contacted I rang cooper parry HQ to be put through to a voicemail where I left a message.
I followed this up with an email to the HR contact where the immediate response was an apology and that it would be possible to reschedule. I received no further contact from cooper parry.
I was surprised and disappointed by this experience, I had heard that Cooper parry is people focused and I treat the interview as a dual process where I also assess if I would like to work at the organisation. Based on this engagement with Cooper Parry where I was shown no courtesy in terms of my time and arrangements this does not align with my values.

Thank you for the feedback, we know we don’t always get it right but we’re working hard to create and build a culture that people would love to be part of and unfortunately on this occasion there seems to have been some communication issues and I apologise for this.
Your feedback is really valuable in helping us to identify and improve the areas we still haven’t quite nailed and we will certainly ensure that your experience is taken back to the team and that we learn from this going forward.
