It was so difficult, their own website was not easy to use and had restricted options for things that needed flexibility. They only offered one interview slot, without any discussion, that was difficult to make work with personal life. I accepted it and tried to make family responsibilities work, but when they didn't and I gave over 48 hrs notice, they didn't allow a reschedule. Online competency based, telephone interview, face to face technical and competency based interviews. The issue I had was I applied to a failing department and yet was interviewed by managers leading that failure.
