Rushed scheduling and many rounds of interviews. Some folks seemed nice while other were aloof. The company sounds like they’re ina state of transition. Overall decent interview but I wasn’t inspired.

What’s your leadership style? Tell Me about a time you had to communicate something unfavorable to your team.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rapid7 (El Segundo, CA) in Sep 2009
Interview
I applied online and received a 5-minute call from the "recruiter" (who also doubled as office manager, sales support, receptionist, etc.) who set me up with a phone conversation with the hiring manager who went over my background and experience. I was then asked to interview over the phone with several others, including a VP. Well, every of those phone interviews were canceled except for the VP. I was then asked to come in for f2f with several folks ... however, most of those folks canceled so I ended up meeting only with the hiring manager and one other. I was then asked to go to their hq in Boston to meet with several other mgmt types ... when I got there, I met again with the VP with whom I spoke with on the phone and he promptly rejected me after a 15-minute conversation. This has got to be the most screwed-up interviewing experience I've ever had.
